Woo hoo!
I hit a good combination this week of exercise, journaling, staying on plan, drinking water, etc.
I've been inspired by the weight loss of another WW member, and wanted to show that I can still do it.
Also, I didn't "take a day off" so that it would take me all week to catch up.
