This is about where the weight loss slows ~ with me having 20 pounds to go. I upped my bike from 5 each few days by a minute until I hit 16 and going strong, no rest required, 16 mph, with spin cycles throughout. Got weights going 3 times a week and upped crunches and other core exercises.
Today... a day off all exercise. I may do cores and crunches. See whatsa gonna happen. Or in half-hour may decide to do weight reps...
Too tired to make a proper breakfast and out of fresh eggs, so had a blueberry smoothie, then chicken and veggies for dinner and a (shocker!) strawberry-blueberry smoothie for dinner.
