Another day....another struggle! I think it might be because it is summer or something, but I am just not into this right now! As much as I want it, I just don't!!! Anyone ever felt that way besides me??? I am going to head to the gym again today, but this will be it for the week as we are leaving for a long weekend, but will get plenty of exercise this weekend as we are going to be playing ball again! I want to make this work, but I just don't feel the pressure and I don't know how to get it back!!! I guess maybe I just need to be more strict with myself and not stray on the eating part! I really don't think I am doing bad at all with it, a couple slip ups here and there, but it isn't anything that is horrific! Oh well, I am staying steady and that means a lot! So far today I have had a yogurt and a smoothie, lunch today will be off, didn't have time to make anything, so just grabbed some left over spaghetti that I made for dinner the other night, but it is only a cup so hopefully that won't hinder me too much...not sure though...I have such a hard time deciding what is good and what is not!!! EEERRR!!! Oh well, then dinner tonight we are doing some grilled chicken and brown rice or a salad, have not decided on that part yet! With leaving for the weekend I am not too concerned with things, but starting Monday I think I will go back to DETOX 100% and see what happens....I hope anyways! I feel that way frequently! Sounds like you're still eating well. It must be summer's fault we don't have any motivation!
