Last week within 3 days, I lost 3.5 pounds. Now today, I am up 3.5 pounds while still following my diet. Isn't that just odd. Obviously, it isn't 3 pounds of fat weight, but still very frustrating.

I haven't worked out in 3 days due to my work schedule but I've kept my flights of stairs at a significant amount. I try for 15 flights daily and I sure can tell the difference in my legs and thighs. Hoping that darn weight turns around again. I was trying to think if I had something horribly salty to make me retain fluids. My memory ain't what it used to be!

It's amazing how much weight fluctuates. One time I weighed myself before going to the bathroom and again afterwards and I had gained weight! Seriously though it sounds like you are making the right choices, it will come off!

LOL - you sound like ME! Obviously, it's not a fat gain, and obviously it is FRUSTRATING. You're doing okay though, and you generally see progress. Don't let day-to-day loss/gain get to you too much. Make it stubborn and keep truckin'!
