I am absolutely starving today! I need to find Healthy Fiber & Protein packed meals & snacks to keep me going all day so that I'm not starving 1hr after eating breakfast.

I made a nice cereal mix that has fiber and protein: Fiber One 80 calories "Honey Squares" and "Chocolate"; Kellogg's "Crispix"; Whole Grain Cheerios. I mix equal amounts of each into a large sealable bag (begin with 1 cup of each so you can try it to see if you will like it); mix them all up and based on the calorie count on the boxes, I figure it's about 100 calories per cup of the mix. Try this, it's really good and there's the needed sweetness and crunchiness of comfort food! Good luck!
