I am still pursuing this treadmill at a 5% incline and 3mph for one hour. Boy, can I feel it when I'm done. The back of my legs develop a pulse all their own.
I'm a little embarrassed about how little I can do on the weights with regards to my upper body. I choose to do the weight routine when there are very few people at the fitness center so no one notices what a weakling I am. Hopefully, I'll see my abilities increase.
Most of last week's water weight has come off. It seems I do that frequently where I lose weight rapidly and then put it all back on as water and then gradually lose it again. What's up with that?
Today I'm thankful for: * the nap I got while my husband was out doing chores * 4 days off in a row * my new found raw veggie salad mixture with the wonderful crunch * time to myself to relax and re-energize
