I sure can feel the effects of yesterday's workout today. I may have slightly overdone it. I believe no pain no gain is a great moniker but I probably shouldn't have pain to the point of needing a tylenol.
In fact, I am hoping to feel a bit less sore so I can repeat the entire process again. If you had told me a year ago that I would be working out in the gym I would have laughed. And here I am working out to the point of pain AND sweating....Hmmm...Some days I amaze even myself!
It will be interesting to see if the fatburner setting on the treadmill does what its name implies. On January 1, when I started this project, I would have never been able to do an entire hour of that workout. Imagine where I'll be in 3 more months.
Today I am thankful for: * the sunshine and rising temps * another day off from work * blooming African Violets on my windowsill
