yay for losing 3 real pounds this week. I am sure it had alot to do with with TOM but I have been watching what I eat. And it is good to know I am back where i was in the beginning of the month and hopefully I am out of the 320's for the long run. Staying in 1700 calories is so hard. But what ruins me is the night eating.
Today I went to breakfast with my parents and a family friend bright and early. It was okay my parents gave me a teasingly hard time about my boyfriend and their lack of grandchildren. Honestly sometimes i really want to tell them things that would crush them just to shut them up. Luckily it didnt hurt as much today as it normally does. And i don't want them to think as badly of me as i do for my regrettable choices in life.
*sigh*
off to see Eat Pray Love with a coworker/friend? no food! only diet coke or tea or water or something lacking calories :)
