Okay so yoga day 2, hurt my hip, pretty evident I have no balance. lol. I never accept dinner invitations because of the diabetes/Keto lifestyle, it's too much explaining, too much defending myself. This time a coworker who I really like is leaving and I accepted his invitation. Found out he's serving lasagna. ugh. I figure I'll eat before I go and bring some Keto desserts.

Balance is really hard. I take it very slow and use a lot of support bricks or walls. I have gotten better. The nice chineese lady who did the class last time told me I have to practice more. She should have seen me a few months ago LOL. I agree that dinners are hard. Some times I take my off day for them. Also you can eat the non pasta part of the dish and say that you feel like you have a gluten intolerance... whatever works the best. Enjoy yourself!!!

I'm diabetic and the carbs raise my sugars, I can eat the stuffing, notbthe noodles. I'll get better in the yoga, I find it a challenge.
