Thankful. That Thanksgivings food is over. I think the first time ever I did not think my dinner was good at all. I cooked the same ole high calorie, high carb meal and did not enjoy it. I’ve been eating healthier since May and I’ve changed the way I cook everything else so it’s time to do that at Thanksgiving also. I have guests every year and everyone always expects the regulars. Next year???? Nothing the same. I’m serving a delicious healthy Thanksgiving dinner that won’t put everyone in a food come for 3 days!
