up down up down up up up down down down thinking I am seeing a pattern. bwwahhhaa!!


reading up on muscle mass loss in older men/women and the recommendation is from 80-100 grams of protein a day. I am getting around 60-65 and totally need to find more protein without finding more calories as the suggestions are to drop the cals by 500 by exercise/calorie intake AND increase proteins.

At this point, with 65 gm of protein and 20 gm fat and 25+ gm of fiber even at 450 calories I am stuffed. I have to force more food down.

One of mine is a protein supplement at 20 gm and where do I get more...? A full bag of beef jerky is another nice 30 gm of protein which I could just about live on, but the salt is killer.

So I get chicken, turkey, beef three times a day and this is a massive amt of food but... help!
