I'm a bit disgusted because I have been following southbeach (except for one icecream cone this week (double scoop), and weight went up again. BUT.......I know the drill.....Keep at it; don't check with the scale so often; be patient (ugh), it will go down all of a sudden if I stick to it consistently! Sometimes I have lost after 3 weeks of dieting and not before 3 weeks. So I MUST hang in there.
