PLEASE READ- Does anyone know what that little pie should look like for RDI%? Should it be equal parts protein, fat and carbs? Mine is usually mostly carbs then fat and then protein. I am losing weight very slowly, if at all. If anyone has a few minutes and could take a look at my diet, that would be helpful. I'll take any suggestions. Thanks guys! :)

Hi Ame16 c: Most dietitians recomend 70% carbs, 10% fat and 20% protein, which can be difficult to maintain. The most efficient way to lose weight is to make sure that all of your carbs, proteins, and fats are coming from healthy and natural sources, eating a wide variety of foods, and of course, burning more calories than you consume! Thanks! I don't eat grains so I tend to eat more coconut and fish which are high in fat and calories but healthy sources. I'm trying to stay under 1300 calories and have started exersizing. I hope I see some results soon as it's been a few weeks since I started watching my diet. I see that I could use more protein and will aim for that goal this week.
