Well, the hay sold yesterday to a Mennonite. My dad got to deliver it to the farm but had to wait for the farmer to get home with his horse and buggy! And this farmer would like to buy more hay, so lucky hubby and me will be loading the truck a few more times this month! DH went to work last night and I took the little guy and went to the farm. My dad brought home some grain that needed to be unloaded and put in the barn. That was my weight training exercise for the night. Putting 7 40lbs grain bags stacked on a cart and then move them into the barn and get them off the cart. There were 30 bags to move. I'm stronger today!!! I hope this will all help towards a weight loss this week. We'll see tomorrow if it happens. Today, it's raining again, with the possibility of freezing rain. Don't think I'll get out at lunch time for a run with my coworker. And to boot,she wants to order burgers or pulled pork sandwiches. Gotta stay away from that stuff and just stick to my lunch of a nice ham sandwich with peppers and cucumbers. No burger and fries!!! Glad the hay sold and that they want to buy more. What a great workout!! Sounds like a good workout too! Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow and great willpower skipping the burger and fries, I'm not sure I could do that! Boo on the freezing rain for you. . . rain here, but not freezing.

Its nice to know that you can sell the hay..as for us we have to keep most of ours to feed the ones we have..That was quite a work out with out going to the gym..I too have plenty of out side work on the farm..climbing in and out of the tractor does a good job for the legs..LOL..Hope your weather improves shortly...I know how much it means to have nice days again...Have a great evening...:O)
