Crash and burn, I just felt so worn down I didn’t get up and exercise! 😞. But I’m up, I’m moving and maybe I just need to do it in reverse and exercise tonight. Pray I don’t let myself down and weasel out! That’s why I must do it in the am I am tragic about evening workouts.
