Ok, so, things have been interesting for me the last few weeks. I COMPLETELY fell off my diet and gained 5 lbs. I've reconstructed my diet, and hopefully I will be more apt to follow it better. I need to lost 20 lbs in one month and 4 days otherwise my uniform pants for school might be too tight. I weighed after eating today, so take my current weight with a grain of salt. I just wanted to have something to kick off my new go-round with. I will measure tomorrow morning and post those then. After that, I will weight and measure every Monday, or very close to if something comes up. Please please please send me all the good vibes and thoughts you can. I need them now more than ever. Thanks everyone. Off to clean the bathroom before work.

Good vibes!!! Are you using the food diary here? It is very useful to help you eat the right amount. Remember, eating too little will get you into trouble just like eating too much. I see that you have only entered one day here and it was around 500 calories. Hope that's not normal or that you didn't finish entering that day! If you make your diet reasonable, you will be much more able to stick with it than if eat too little. If your body is constantly starving, the hunger will win out and you will binge eventually. Hunger is very powerful. More powerful than willpower sometimes. Anyway, I don't know if that advice is even right since you aren't really using the diet calendar. But I gotta tell you, recording calories is what I would attribute 90% of my own success to. So if you do it, it will really help you out! !!Good vibes!!

I am now using the food & exercize log. I wasn't before because I was on a very low cal diet & didn't want anyone worrying. I haven't finished entering my food for today, so don't worry just yet. Thank you all so much for the good thoughts. I'm creating a challenge perfect for my situation, so I hope everyone joins & we can all stick to our diets together!

Also, why is your RDI only set to 500 calories?

As I stated previously, I have not finished entering in my food for today. Also, I don't know what the RDI is, nor how to change it.

From your prior post you mentioned low calorie and that with the RDI thing (you can set that from your food diary) made me wonder if you really WERE just eating 500 cal a day.

In your food diary - where you enter your food - scroll all the way to the bottom and click on RDI - you can change your RDI (Recommeded Daily Intake) - based on your activity level - the system will configure what your actual RDI should be - or at least the minimum RDI. You can change it...but I wouldn't recommend going under 1000 calories. That's leading to binging!
