I am seeing major changes in my eating habits....where I might have grabbed the box of crackers or bag of chips, bring them to the living room and sit down with them. now I grab a handful and eat just that and it satisfies me leaving the rest in the kitchen put away! Not a lot of weight change yet but I know I will see it.

Good job! You are now in charge of the food instead of the other way around. Don't worry, be patient. If you keep it up, the lbs will start to come off. It didn't go on over night, so it won't come off over night. Keep up the good work!
