Looking forward to January and the Daniel Fast challenge. There are 8 participants so far. Will be interesting to see if I can eat plants only for 21 days. I made a comment on the challenge page about grocery shopping for the fast. I hope others add to it, would love to see what others are planning on eating. For me it's some nuts and beans every day to get some protein and fresh fruit and vegetables. Probably vegetables for stir frying.
It's really cold here. But I don't think it's cold enough to freeze at night. Will have to check the bird baths. I'm enjoying the heated throws and blankets although the cats and Bobby don't leave much room for me.

Thanks Bella! The challenge will mostly be people who are interested in vegan/vegetarian WOE or those with inflammation. Not all the low carb/high fat and carnivore people. I hope I can last those 3 weeks! I like doing challenges, it keeps me focused. Like the shorter ones, not the 12 week challenges.

I plan to begin the Daniel fast on the 8th, but if possible I’ll start a little earlier, around the 4th when all the family /friends get-togethers are over.
