I'm happy to report that I have already reached the goal I set on Monday. I'm down 4lbs since then. I realize that is probably mostly water, which I am also grateful for because knowing that any fraction of what I've gained is water is good news to me. So, I'm continuing on...making every decision count as something good for my body. :)

I can't wait to see where I am next Monday for this week's grand total! :)
