Hi everyone!
I haven't been on in a while. Now that I have started my new job, I haven't had time to be on the site much. I used to be on all the time during the day always updating food and exercise, but now I have found it hard with work, mostly because I go to my boyfriend's house after work I don't stay home and sit on the computer much. I don't really update from his house either as when I'm there we are spending time together....that has also declined a bunch with my full time work schedule. Anyway. Things are going well for the most part. THis last week my weight has fluctuated a lot as I was really dehydrated early then retaining water later in the week...TOM is coming up soonish so water retention happens. I haven't been able to make it to the gym at all now that I am working as I had been going to my college gym across town, and now don't have the time to do that mid-day, so I will be joining a gym that is on my way home from work to keep exercise and weight loss a priority. I am determined not to quit with my schedule changes, which has been what has happened in the past----I would lose weight in the summer when I had time to make healthy meals and go to the gym and then once my schedule picked up all my progress and priorities were thrown out the window and replaced with school....I am determined not to let work get in the way of my goals now. work will stay at work! I am wondering how everyone else has been doing since I haven't been on!! How is everyone?! How have your journeys been going?! Hope to hear from you!
