I won't even step on the scale today.
I was at the Grizfest music festival yesterday interviewing music artists and that kept me on my toes, as well as the small workout I did at the gym earlier in the day. However, I ate some pretty crappy things at the festival and now I think I may have gone up in weight....
Not so good....I will really have to keep on my feet today and watch what I am eating. It's going to be another very long day. I want to just go and sleep right now:(
