Good job recording your exercise! I don't see any candy canes listed in your Food Journal, LOL. As much as you can, try to report everything you eat, so you'll have an accurate count of your macros each day. I find that just the act of recording what I eat helps me to lose weight (at least, when I DON'T record, I always GAIN!)
