Ok folks, I’m back again....long story short. My husband and I moved at the end of 2018 from city life to country life here in Southern California. The first few months of moving I gained 10lbs. Probably from stress and not having the kitchen available as it was packed away. Excuses, excuses I know, trust me.

During 2019 I bounced from those gained 10 pounds up and down. I briefly tried again and lost 5 of those pounds in September 2018. Then came the holidays and I went rogue. I not only gained those 10 lbs, but was up to 173 at the end of the year and all my clothes stopped fitting. This and my sugars were off the charts. 😩

I started back on my “keto-ish” way of life this past Tuesday and I already am feeling better. Sugars are down, I’ve lost some weight and I’m mentally prepared to meet my goal and beyond. I’m here again to hold myself accountable. Cross your fingers and toes for me.
