Ended up eating a small amount of chicken around 7p, going grocery shopping then went to bed early. Slept hard and stomach is feeling better today. Nice drop, not unexpected since I nearly fasted yesterday. I'll skip anything new (supplements) today and just let things ride.
Taking my 3 hrs early out from Christmas Eve today so out at 12:30. Looking forward to it but have a few things that need to get done before I leave today so a busier morning than normal.
Friday is another early out (New Years Eve) and already have a massage scheduled - soooooo waiting for that. It's been too long and my body is reminding me of that.
