So I cheated today... Didnt really want to actually and I wouldn't have if it wasn't one of my besties birthdays. She doesnt really have any friends and asked to spend the morning with me and because she is also in the cake industry brought chocolate cake & cremora tart. I know I could have said no, but I promised I would have just a small piece of each. She cut small slices; thank gawd.

I was half way and the nausea hit me like a ton of bricks! Two hours later, I AM STILL feeling sick.

My body doesn't want this shit anymore. Cant say I am unhappy about it.

Well I am still staying on my calorie count regardless of the sweets. Too nauseous to eat anyway.

Doesn't mean that I cheated that I should go over my 1 200 calories. ;)

I have SO change my mind about eating. Instead of saying I CANT EAT THAT... I say I CHOOSE NOT TO EAT THAT. Sounds silly, but it really does make a difference. YOU ARE WHAT YOU SPEAK? I wouldn't worry about it. as long as you stick to your daily calories you will be fine. Also Carbs are known to retain water in our body so don't be surprised if you weigh yourself soon and your weight is up a little especially if you have being cutting carbs.

Just enjoy the food, adjust your calories accordingly for the rest of the day and manage your portion sizes💁🏻‍♂️ people who try cut out all the foods they enjoy will soon cave and binge, allow yourself treats in moderation and diet adherence improves. Also, I believe what made you nauseated was your mental attitude to the food, not the food itself 🙂

Thanx for confirming that if I stick to my 1 200 for the rest of the day, it should be ok. Didn't know that carbs are known to retain water... thank you for that info. Will keep that in mind. Re
