2. Eating the spaghetti first, to slow down the digestion of the whey protein in the iced coffee👍🏻
3. All the coffee because I'm fasted up to now, and I've trained, and caffeine has been shown in studies to increase carbs (from my pasta) being stored in the muscles as glycogen- a win since my glycogen stores are depleted from fasting and training 💪🏻
