I started upping my daily calorie consumption by 200-500 calories hoping eating more would result in losing more this month. So far (weighing daily) my weight has pretty much stayed consistent same (216-220), but am happy to report I've lost 3+ inches overall.
Since I feel like I should be losing more weight I have a question. Would you continue this eating strategy, drop back to around 1200 daily or do something entirely different?
