I recently changed how to record diet calendar. For exercise, my default is resting 24hours=1309 kcal. It sounds about right, so I don't record any "sitting" or "housework" at this point. I only record real workout. I think it will work better to maintain current weight. While I tried losing weight on the other hand, it was good to record all activity. Looking all calories consumed from daily activity encouraged me to keep doing exercise, and I helped me to stay active.
I am in a different phase now, focusing on schoolwork for the next eight weeks. I keep recording my food as much as possible, so I can control my calorie intake. If I don't need to count hours for my daily activity, less things to do, which works for me for now.
