Woo! I have met my goal for January (assuming I stay under 150 until Feb 1)!
In the next day or so, I'll be working on my February goals, and determining if my RDI needs to be readjusted yet.
I also met my running goal for the month (7 miles distance-wise), though next month I might only increase by 1 mile and focus more on the amount I run. I want to make sure I'm balancing the long runs with not so short runs throughout the week.
Next month I'll also be incorporating in some strength training, to help burn more fat.
