212 calorie treat. Wasa bread, peanut butter, apple slices, and chocolate chips. I have this often without the chocolate chips, but was having a sweet tooth. 35 calories for 1/2 tbsp of chocolate chips. They gave it just the right sweetness. All in moderation!

It's good to spread them out that way (the choc chip morsels) because dumping a tbs in your hand just to eat sure adds up quickly. I bought some to bake cookies and never baked- instead kept eating a tbs here and there for 70 calories. They aren't off limits for me, but not sure if one little tbs is worth 70 of my precious allotted calories- esp. throughout the day. If I would have done this- it would've lasted longer. :) I was glad when they were finally gone.
