well just when I start losing again I gain it all back! I shouldn't have had those tacos damn it! Well today is a new day, it's time for me to forget about yesterdays disappointments and focus on what I need to do today to get what I want. New immediate goal: get out of the 30's by September 12!! Think I can't do it? I have a week and three days to get close to 229, I think I can do it, even if I get close to it like 233 I'll be happy. I mean come on if Chris Paul can score 61 points for his grandfather I can lose 6 pounds in a week and 3 days. I'm determined!I don't want this month to be a complete waste and for once I don't want to be lying about how much I weigh on my I.D. card lol. I have 15 pounds to lose to reach the weight it says I am on my I.D. card. That will be next months goal, to be 224. Wish me luck!!
