3 ingredients supper - my favorite! I am able to keep everything in the freezer (except olive oil) until the last second. 3 ingredients, 300 calories, tons of protein. Love it!

I love the pre cut I onions and red peppers. Makes for a fast supper or breakfast. Goes in so much. Sometimes I get the ole fiber tortilla for 50 cal and make fajitas with them...yum!

Oh, wow, I really like this idea. Faster than ordering in, almost as easy, and with a bit a seasoning, tasty as can be. I keep a jar of roasted peppers and sautee onions at the beginning of the week for a similar purpose, as I've struggled with the flavor of frozen peppers & onions in the past. I wonder if I've been doing something wrong, because I've never been able to pinpoint why the frozen doesn't appeal. Perhaps wrong brand? I'm definitely open to suggestions on this one.

I always keep the frozen peppers and onions on hand. So quick and easy to add flavor and nutrition to a dish with little effort. I like to put some in my small non-stick skillet and saute with a big handful of fresh baby spinach. When the spinach is wilted, I crack and egg on top. I like over easy eggs, but don't want to flip this, so I add a little water and cover for a minute. A slice of 35 calorie wheat toast, some fresh berries or avocado on the side, and I am set for a few hours!
