Woke at 229.2, up 3.6 from yesterday which is total BS! LOL. I ate pork rinds, salami, and some chicken for dinner. And then I drank about 48 ounces of sparkling water and tea last night. It appears that most of that is still with me. I am jumping on the exercise bike to try to sweat some of that out. I started with another protein coffee today. UPDATE: Did 65 minutes on my exercise bike. Found a nice free California Coast ride video that made it go quickly. Got my heartbeat into the peak zone towards the end. Got to 227.8 after the ride. UPDATE: Weighed 228.4 at 5:00 pm, so the 227.8 is today's low. Denise made sweet potato chili for dinner. Supposed to be paleo... pic and recipe coming. UPDATE: Pork rinds and a few drinks during the Super Bowl put me over on calories. I'll adjust tomorrow.
