I am feeling good today! I stayed away from the scale...avoided totally. I thought about it...

Went for a run at lunch time with my coworker. Very nice weather again today! We did the long run which is 2.2 miles. My legs were sore from yesterday's squats and lunges but I pushed through and got it done in 25 minutes. I cooled out and was feeling so good that I felt like doing it all again...just felt like it, no time to actually go out there again. Gotta get back to work!!

Off to my parents' farm tonight to help out. So, I'll get another workout in.

On a side note, can anyone get me some suggestions on how to get the little guy dressed and out the door in the morning without kicking, screaming, arguing and crying. It was brutual this morning trying to get him ready for daycare and out the door. My son is 3 and doesn't want his diaper changed (that's right diaper, doesn't want anything to do with the potty), doesn't want to get changed and doesn't want to go to daycare. But when I drop him off, he's off and running and excited to be there. What gives!!

My advice with little man is to just force it and go on. Potty training advice is maybe you could try working on it this summer when you guys are outside and he can pee on a tree. My boys always thought that was fun. Also I let them pick out their own underwear and when they would pee in it and not get to wear it anymore they would be upset. That encouraged them to try harder. Congrats on the run. I have an app you might like called cardio trainer on my android phone. It keeps track of your route and pace so you can see when your time improves. If you try it let me know what you think. I just used it for the first time running instead of walking and it kept up. My pace was 8:37 a mile for my 2 mile run
