New Year...new journey...my wife's lung cancer is in remission, her diabetes is well under control...my prostate cancer has shrunk from the radiation, which really kicked my butt...so I was totally out of control food wise...I am going to try and get that under control...hope this works

Glad to see you again and it sounds like things are looking good as far as health for both you and your wife. It's understandable that food was hard to control.
