I'm dreading tomorrow's weigh in. Two of the meals I cooked so far this week are so high calorie. I definitely ate too much last night, but for dinner today I tried to be reasonable. I wanted to be under 1400 this month, but I'm off to a bad start.
well, tomorrow's another day! I just cross my fingers that I didn't gain anything!
