here we go again... I have to quit fooling myself about how much I eat, how much I drink and how little I exercise...

Am definately starting to enjoy the exercise again but need to do more strenuous classes and not be satisfied with just the ellipical and the treadmill. Also need to not let home, work or anything else come between me and yoga!

And... I really, really need to say good bye to my nightly glass of wine! I KNOW this is a major reason I can't lose the weight. I suspect I have a very lazy liver and burdoning it in any way means to weight loss...

I will be healthy
I will wear my wardrobe again
I will find my peace through yoga
I will not let myself fail at this
