Well, summer is over for us teachers. Meetings and workshops are in full swing. I have no excuses as to why I was unsuccessful this summer. I had all the time in the world. I was trying to do too much. I worked on mindfulness, meditating, etc. to help with my stress relief. So, now that school is starting again, I am starting with remvoing fried foods from my diet for at least a month. It has been over a week since I ate deep fried stuff. I know I will notice a difference. Then I am going to increase fruit and veggie intake. Then I'm going to add exercising. I'm looking at more focused, shorter goals. That's my plan.
