back from the gym - did the weight class - tough! did 4.75 miles on the elliptical (one hour). feel good - very glad I got through it in the morning - way more motivated early in the day... but I seem to enjoy the exercise more in the evening...maybe I'll get to a place where I never wimp out after work...
Went shopping yesterday - tried clothes at size 10 - yuck! look horrid - will not put up with this. I will wear my old clothes again. Once I can wear my old stuff I'm gonna focus on making my arms look good enough for sleeveless... Really really hoping I can do this in the gym - will give it until Christmas. If they still look bad I'm gonna talk to a plastic surgeon.
I'm working too hard to not look the way I want to look...
