I hurt my lower back and yesterday it was killing me. I went off the grid and ate snacks all day topped off with a 6 dollar burger at Carls. I guess I lost my mind for a day. I think I'll skip weighing myself for a couple of days. It could get ugly. Today I will compensate for my temporary insanity. At least I exercised in the AM. It probably was the cause for my back getting so bad but I am scared to skip the aerobic stuff. I really need to get my stamina back. Live and learn I guess.
