Greetings!

It's Monday and I feel absolutely miserable after this weekend. While I did well with eats on Friday and Saturday, but Sunday was absolutely horrible. Add to that the fact that I haven't really worked out since Thursday and I just feel bad. I hurt my shoulder and foot last week so cardio and the lifting were pretty much out.

That being said I'm back on the wagon with my food today. Tomorrow is the weigh in day for me in the morning so I will have some results for everyone and I just hope that it is a downward trend and not upward. :)
