Well, no cardio-walking for me for another week at least. Achilles Tendonitis. I was focused SO MUCH on how badly I wanted to lose the weight that I worked out too hard and ignored the signals that I was injuring myself. Mostly the foot feels okay if I am walking normally, but if I try to move quickly it feels stiff and achy. I'll probably try to walk for 30 minutes at my normal pace, but I'm not sure how well that'll work out.
I am really proud of myself right now. I am eating better, eating less, and feeling great. I am sure I will see a loss when I weigh in tomorrow morning!
