I dared to weigh in today.....still kind of following diet, but can do much better. I seem to have lost my will to diet....but I'm hanging in here......I have really been cheating alot this past week, but there is always THIS week. Smacked the side of my car (rear back door) today! I made a silly mistake and should have been more careful. Seems I am letting a few things go these days. I have to focus better. Hope YOU are all doing well!
