No change on the scale this week. Sigh! I haven't been feeling good since Wednesday afternoon...I've got a bit of a cold. And I don't feel like eating but last night I had the urge for some junk food and off to the pantry I went to find some. I ended up just eating a few cheetos and pringles but still why is it when you're sick you go for the junk?! I guess it's some kind of comfort food?!
So, I'm doing the month long squat challenge but I missed day 1 and 2. So picked it up at day 3. Yesterday we didn't get out for a lunch time run as it was going to rain at any minute so we skipped out. Which probably a good thing as I have this cold and need a break. But I did manage to do the 75 squats though!
Today, I'm feeling a bit better, not so foggy. Hopefully, we'll go for a jog at lunch time. We have a b-day party to go to tonight for my MIL. It's her 66th birthday. I need to stay focused and not do the mindless eating thing.
