Day one of FatSmash completed and I am very proud of myself. Like before, the second I committed to the diet, I was plagued all day with a massive case of the munchies. Thankfully, I had plenty of phase one ready foods available to eat. Right after my daughter's soccer practice, I ran to the supermarket to stock up on more fruits, vegetables, brown rice and tofu. I will be fine.

Right now, I am trying to figure out how to fit exercise into my routine. I am so tired between taking care of the children, the house and grad school. I've got to find a way to fit exercise in!
