OMG work is sooooo boring. I still have 4 and 1/2 hours left. I don't think I'm going to make it!
I was happy with my calories burned last night per the Gowear fit. I went out to eat and counted my calories before I ate my dinner, so YEAH for me. We even ate mexican! So that was a really hard one to count. My brother ate with us and he was watching me enter the calories into the phone, and he said "Man, you are really hard-core about this calorie thing aren't you".
When I got home I cooked turkey meatloaf for my hubby for lunch this week (in a muffin pan - Thanks Ceebee). I calculated calories and one meatloaf is 4oz, 156kcals, a >20 grams of protein. So my hubby the-workout-fanatic is sooooo happy about the stats. And I made a pumpkin roll for my mother-in-laws b-day today. I already packaged up the pumpkin rolls and only left a slice for hubby and a slice for me (much to my hubby's dismay, but he agrees that he doesn't need more than 1 slice of pumpkin roll) and I have the rest spoken for so we wouldn't have sweets around the house to tempt us. I cooked for 2 hours and cleaned up and was really happy to see that I had burned over 2500 kcals before bed, even after being a slug all day. I really think this Gowear fit is going to give me the confidence and motivation I need.
So I am on a roll again!! Yea. I feel like I am a big train engine. Takes some time and tough to get going and but once I'm up and running I can chug along with my diet for a good amount of time. Just trying to pick the right attitude. After yesterday, no more eating out for a while!!! I even think if I keep it up I might come close to reaching my goal of weighing 195 lbs before vacation.
