Back again!

:( 3rd time lucky!
and this time i need to...
Finally getting my op and my doctor warned me if i gain any more weight i wouldn't get it. Im ALMOST morbidly Obese... never been this big in my life!

so here i am asking anyone and everyone for help. ive cut out how much Juice i was drinking (8 Pints of Coke in work alone and 2ltr or Irn bru a day) and joined the gym and afew fitness classes. this has been going on for 2 weeks and i feel no different.

im not a lazy person. i walk 20mins to the train station and back a day, i work 3 jobs (2 Cleaning Jobs and one as a Glass collecter in a night club) so im not sitting at a desk all day. and im not one for snacking. i think its mostly due to the fizzy juice.

I am struggling with Craving, Specially for Irn Bru. any advice would be amazing. i really need it
