Okay So in 2 days i will do a weekly weigh here. I am still weighing everyday. I am back to where I was at last weight recorded here. This weekend was a bust. No gym what so ever. But I did get the new ipod so I can put all kinds of keeping track of what I eat apps. I have put another provision. On my motivation to get to 299 (technically any version of 299 will take including 299.8) I am not allowing myself my favorite breakfast treat for sbux until I hit it. I know I start out my day all wrong by putting those kinds of tasty calories in my body it then psyches me out that I only have 9xx something calories left instead of anything over 1000. Also this week. I am going to the gym everyday. Starting today. Which means I need to get there tonight when I get home even if it is only elliptical for 20 minutes before the gym closes. i want to get there. mostly because I want to get there (299) and a good part because I need a hair cut and color and damnit I deserve one :)
6.6 Pounds left to get to any version of 299. Hopefully I can do this.

You can do it! put tons of really great songs on your ipod and it will make you want to go to the gym even more!
