It's been a very long time since I've done an entry. With Covid-19 it's giving me (like so many others) time to think, re-organize lots of things and my health is on the forefront for prevention, maintenance and doing the best that I can to boost my energy, sense of well being for me, my family who is my world.

Eat better, exercise more to achieve my goals and not let stress (controlled or uncontrolled) dictate how it goes.

Picking up where I left off. I have maintained my wt loss but my activity has not been the greatest and it will affect my eating habits, energy, routine. Time is the one thing we have plenty of and with this pandemic, it means re-setting priorities to meet the demands of life, work, family to adjust to the changes imposed upon us. I won't complain about it, but rather embrace it and virtually hold the hands of everyone because we are in this together. This is the mantra of the world as we know it today.

I will begin by taking better care of me than I have ever done.
