Still a tiny bit tired. I am fighting off the remnents of this cold.
I burnt 2966 kcals yesterday!! Holy cow. Weighed in at my bodpod today, lost 1.2 lbs. 11.5 lbs overall over the last 6 months. Really wanted to lose more than that at the start of the program, but I have only been dedicated with my calorie counting over the last 2 months or so. If anything, this program has taught me a lot and had improved my calorie counting. I have a metabolism test in 2 weeks and I am really interested in what that is going to be in comparision to my Bodymedia fit. I have a feeling the dietian is going to increase my calorie target range. I also put some lean mass back on (after losing some over the last couple of weeks).
Went to Costco last night and found some Vitatop muffins. I have heard of them, but never tried them before. 100kcals, 4 grams protein, and 9 grams of fiber. Figured it would be a good snack. Tried one today....pretty good. Also found some shrimp wonton soup. 110 kcals per bowl, so thought it would be good to buy for lunch. Haven't tried it yet.
